Well, we moved up to #73! Yeah. We are still expecting to wait 8-9 months for a referral so still hoping for November/December.
The plus side is that we will get to travel (if all goes according to plans) in the winter and since I HATE winter it will be nice to get out of WI and to some place sunny.
As for "plans", you really can't plan in the world of international adoption. Things are very unpredictable so we never know what might happen.
