Finally some good news! We've been informed that children have been transferred from the orphanage's regional care center to Addis Ababa. We have received confirmation that CHSFS Ethiopia is preparing necessary paperwork to process children for referral as we speak -- all legal, medical, and background information must be complete and verified by CHSFS Ethiopia prior to any child being ready for referral. Hopefully we will be able to get these referrals ready for some families later today or by Monday.
