Travel plans

Well I have spent the better part of the day on the phone but here is a list of things we can check off of the very long to do list.

1) Buy plane tickets--done :)
2) travel insurance--done:)
3) make reservations to have the dogs boarded--done
4) make Peanut's first doctor's appointment--done
5) schedule first post placement meeting with social worker--done
6)wait for travel approval letter from state of WI--got it
7) finish paperwork needed for embassy appointment--done
8) get Peanut on health insurance--done
9) pack--working on it
10) breathe--trying to
11) eat--oh yeah should probably do that

These next few weeks are going to be a whirlwind of activity. We have to pack, go to Rocketfest (4 yr olds birthday party), go to a wedding and make sure we spend extra time with the pugs since we will be boarding them for 10 days.

Alas! Your blog exodus was very short! I am so glad you have your plane tickets! You can sing this to your puggies, "I'm leaving on a jet plane...don't know when I'll be back again...." You can send them to TN and I'll watch them. hehe I'm feeling super silly tonight after my work-out. :)

Your post made my day and brought back so many memories of getting that travel call! I hope the next 18 days fly by! I can still remember the anxiety, fear and excitement as the final days passed before I met Jacob. Enjoy them. You will have your daughter soon!

Wow Cathy! You got that in 5 minutes! How on earth did you get that??? You can't even google that! Mchelle probably knew becasue she knows me... but he said this on an obscure live album that I thought NOBODY had heard but me, 20 years ago. Come over and tell me how you figured it out, please...

Well you are in the lead now by quite a margin!
